Wheatland Manor Care Facility is a 44-bed Skilled Nursing Facility situated on the hill in the peaceful outskirts of Wheatland, Iowa. It shares its campus with the 14 apartments of the Lincolnway Villa Assisted Living.
Whether an individual needs Skilled Rehabilitation before returning home or Long-Term Care, we understand the transition can be difficult. As a 5-star facility, we are always looking to improve the quality of life of our residents by providing them the amenities and services they want and deserve.
